学习与工作经历：

夏志华，南京信息工程大学教授，江苏省网络监控工程中心副主任，国际期刊International Journal of Arts and Technology (EI)执行主编。江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人，江苏省第五期“333工程”第三层次培养对象，江苏省2016年“六大人才高峰”C类人才培养对象，韩国BK21+人才项目获得者。曾于2015年作为访问学者在美国新泽西理工学院访学1年，于2016年作为访问教授在韩国成均馆大学访学1年。研究方向包括密文检索、数字取证。自2011年以来，参与国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目1项，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家行业（气象）科研专项子课题1项，江苏省自然科学基金面上项目1项。获2012年度湖南省科技进步二等奖1项，排名第四；获2016年度江苏省教育科学研究自然科学奖三等奖1项，排名第一；获2016年度南京市自然科学优秀学术论文奖优秀奖1项、排名第一。近年来以第一作者在《IEEE TPDS》、《IEEE TIFS》、《IEEE TCC》、《IEEE TSMC：A》等国际期刊发表学术论文20余篇。授权发明专利1项，受理发明专利1项。论文成果在Web of Science库中被引1150+次，在Google Scholar库中被引2230+次，6篇论文成为ESI高被引论文。相关研究成果为图像取证与密文图像检索提供了新理论与新方法，部分研究成果应用于国家安全部门。
